About the role
As a Product Specialist, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the Product team, taking ownership of features, processes, and client deliverables. You'll help develop and continuously improve the NPS Prism platform, driving the delivery of actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders across key industries and regions.
You'll work closely with Associate Product Managers and Product Managers, operating with growing autonomy on complex workstreams while collaborating across Product, Operations, and Commercial teams, with real opportunities to develop your product craft and broaden your impact over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Support product delivery workstreams: execute tasks across the development, maintenance, and improvement of NPS Prism instruments (survey monitoring, data-flow oversight, dashboard reviews, and analytical model validation), taking on increasing ownership over time.
- Generate analyses and insights: run analyses of varying complexity to support client-facing deliverables, turning data into clear, structured narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Support product development: collaborate with APMs and PMs to design and improve product features, contributing to hypothesis generation, structured problem-solving, and solution scoping.
- Ensure zero-defect delivery: take accountability for quality across your own workstreams and those co-managed with team leads, ensuring timely and accurate outputs.
- Support client interactions: understand client needs and context, respond to data and methodology questions, and resolve issues on critical workstreams with sound escalation judgment.
- Drive operational efficiency: identify and support opportunities for process improvement, automation, and quality enhancements in recurring workflows.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: engage proactively with Operations, Commercial, and Tech teams to align priorities, clarify requirements, and support broader initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in product management, customer insights, business consulting, primary market research, data visualization, or analytics — in a fast-paced, complex business setting.
- Strong analytical reasoning and structured problem-solving, with a demonstrated ability to work independently on complex workstreams.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and SQL.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and the ability to build and validate client-facing dashboards.
- Strong communication and presentation skills — you can translate complex analyses into clear insights for diverse audiences.
- Fluency in English.
- A proactive, organized, results-driven mindset, staying composed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and comfortable with ambiguity.
- Experience in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban) and familiarity with product development cycles.
- Familiarity with survey design, programming, and fielding processes.
- Familiarity with Databricks.
- Experience with data quality-control processes (e.g., dashboard QA, pipeline validation, zero-defect).
- Experience with data-preparation tools such as Alteryx.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or R for data analysis and automation.
- Background in CX, customer journey mapping, or NPS methodology.
- Previous experience in a client-facing or consulting context.
