WHAT YOU'LL DO 

NPS Prism is looking for an Associate Product Manager to support new and existing products focused on analytics and primary research, integrated with and leveraging AI, to support the long-term growth of NPS Prism. This role is well suited for someone early in their product career who is eager to learn the full product development lifecycle while contributing hands-on to meaningful product work. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Support product development activities across the full lifecycle, from ideation and scoping through launch and iteration 

  • Contribute to new product initiatives by helping define requirements for new analytics, research, and AI-enabled products 

  • Bring a strong customer perspective, assisting in translating customer needs and insights into product features 

  • Partner with engineering, data science, commercial, and operations teams to help deliver product outcomes 

  • Assist in identifying and resolving execution challenges, escalating and unblocking issues as needed 

  • Support product documentation, user stories, prioritization, and roadmap updates 

  • Help track product performance and customer feedback post-launch 

ABOUT YOU 

Required 

  •  1–3 years of experience in product management, analytics, consulting, research, or a related role 

  • Professional-level proficiency in written and spoken English is required for this role

  • Exposure to product development processes and an interest in end-to-end product ownership 

  • Data analysis skillset (SQL, Excel, Alteryx, etc.) with the desire to develop further in this domain 

  • Strong customer-first mindset and analytical thinking skills 

  • Ability to work hands-on as an individual contributor within cross-functional teams 

  • Strong communication and organizational skills 

Preferred 

  • Experience or interest in analytics, primary research, or AI-enabled products 

  • Background in customer insights, data analysis, or research-driven problem solving 

  • Experience working with customer success, commercial or GTM teams 

  • Experience working in a B2B software business
