THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiting Specialist to own and drive end-to-end hiring for NPS Prism's India Hub, with a dedicated focus on technical and operational functions. This is a purely recruiting-focused role — you will be the go-to talent partner for our most business-critical hiring domains, helping us scale a high-caliber team in a fast-growing environment.

This position reports to NPS Prism's India HR Senior Manager and works in close collaboration with local and global hiring managers across Data Science, Data Engineering, Commercial Operations, and Product Operations.
 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

End-to-End Technical Recruiting

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and operational roles, including Data Science, Data Engineering, Commercial Operations, and Product Operations
  • Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand team needs, role requirements, and desired candidate profiles — translating these into compelling and accurate job descriptions
  • Design and implement targeted sourcing strategies across job boards, LinkedIn, professional communities, and direct outreach to attract top technical talent
  • Review applications and conduct initial screenings to assess technical fit, communication skills, and cultural alignment
  • Coordinate and facilitate structured interview processes, ensuring a consistent, high-quality candidate experience from first contact through offer
  • Manage the offer process end-to-end: compensation benchmarking, preparing offer letters, candidate negotiations, and documentation
  • Drive post-offer engagement to maintain candidate interest and momentum during notice periods
 

Talent Strategy & Market Intelligence

  • Develop and continuously refine NPS Prism's recruiting strategy for technical functions, aligned to business growth goals and our values
  • Stay current on hiring trends, tools, and best practices in technical recruiting — particularly in data, engineering, and product domains
  • Champion NPS Prism's DE&I talent acquisition strategy, ensuring diverse candidate slates and equitable hiring practices
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for key recurring technical roles to reduce time-to-fill
 

Hiring Manager Partnership

  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on interview practices, candidate assessment, and hiring decisions
  • Leverage internal Bain-wide networks and referral programs to identify internal mobility candidates where relevant
  • Maintain clear communication and reporting on pipeline status, role progress, and hiring metrics
 

ABOUT YOU

Your Background

  • Bachelor's degree in any field; a background in Human Resources, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline is a plus
  • 5–8 years of end-to-end recruiting experience, with significant focus on technical hiring (data science, data engineering, software engineering, or related fields)
  • Demonstrated success hiring for technical roles at a fast-growing startup, technology company, or top-tier consulting or professional services firm
  • Deep familiarity with the India talent market for technical and operational roles
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
