As NPS Prism scales we need a versatile and proactive People & Talent Specialist to be the engine behind our people operations in Brazil and to help us grow our team. This is a hybrid role that combines end-to-end recruiting with core HR operations, giving you broad impact across the entire employee lifecycle.
This is an individual contributor role that works closely with hiring managers and the People Team across time zones.
What You'll Do
Talent Acquisition (~50%)
- Lead end-to-end recruiting for open roles in Brazil, from intake to offer
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and build compelling, inclusive job descriptions
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, direct outreach, and internal networks
- Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interview panels, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout
- Manage offer processes, including compensation discussions, offer letters, and candidate correspondence
- Coordinate post-offer engagement to keep candidates warm during notice periods
- Track and report on recruiting metrics; identify process improvements and bottlenecks
- Support NPS Prism's DE&I talent acquisition strategy and help meet diversity targets
- Stay current on Brazil and US labor market trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices
HR Operations (~50%)
- Support the full Brazil employee lifecycle: onboarding, status changes, performance cycles, offboarding
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration in partnership with our providers
- Maintain accurate HR records and systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
- Help coordinate employee engagement programs and culture initiatives
- Serve as a resource for employees on HR policies, processes, and compliance questions
- Assist with HR compliance topics relevant to Brazilian (CLT) employment contexts
About You
Background & Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in a combined recruiting and/or HR generalist role
- Hands-on end-to-end recruiting experience for both technical and non-technical roles
- Experience hiring in the Brazilian market; exposure to international hiring is a plus
- Familiarity with CLT and Brazilian labor regulations
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup or tech/consulting environment
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ATS/HRIS tools
- Advanced English skills — written and spoken — are required; you will communicate daily with US-based stakeholders
