WHAT YOU’LL DO 
In this role, you will be responsible for turning complex data and business problems into clear analytical outputs that support client conversations, commercial strategy, and product-driven insights.
You will:

  • Structure analyses from business problems
    Translate open-ended questions into clear analytical approaches, define the right methodology, identify the data needed, and communicate findings in a way that drives decisions.
  • Build scalable analytics and automation
    Automate recurring analyses, reporting flows, data quality checks, and commercial analytics processes using tools such as SQL, Python, R, Alteryx, or similar technologies.
  • Work deeply with data
    Extract, transform, validate, and analyze datasets from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and analytical rigor.
  • Develop advanced analyses and models
    Apply statistical, predictive, or machine learning techniques when relevant, using Python, R, or other analytical tools to solve real business problems.
  • Use AI to improve analytics workflows
    Apply AI tools and techniques to accelerate analysis, automate repetitive tasks, improve insight generation, and enhance the quality and scalability of analytical outputs.
  • Generate client-ready insights
    Create analyses, visualizations, and narratives that can be used in client meetings, sales conversations, internal strategy discussions, and thought leadership materials.
  • Create dashboards and analytical products
    Build dashboards, reports, and analytical tools that make data easier to use and interpret for business stakeholders.
  • Ensure quality and excellence in execution
    Deliver high-quality, zero-defect work through strong validation, documentation, and attention to detail.

ABOUT YOU 
We are looking for a senior analytics professional who is both technical and business-oriented: someone who can work hands-on with data, structure ambiguous problems, build scalable solutions, and translate analysis into clear business recommendations.
You will be a strong fit if you have:
  • Strong experience in analytics, data analysis, business intelligence, customer insights, consulting analytics, financial analytics, product analytics, or a related field.
  • Advanced SQL skills, including joins, aggregations, data transformation, and working with large or complex datasets.
  • Hands-on experience with Python and/or R for data analysis, automation, statistical analysis, or modeling.
  • Ability to structure an analysis from an ambiguous business problem, defining the right approach, methodology, data needs, and analytical path.
  • Experience building automated workflows, recurring analyses, dashboards, reporting pipelines, or scalable analytical processes.
  • Solid understanding of statistics and analytical methods, such as descriptive analysis, hypothesis testing, regression, forecasting, clustering, segmentation, or predictive modeling.
  • Experience using AI tools or techniques to improve analytical work, automate tasks, accelerate insight generation, or enhance the quality of outputs.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analyses into clear insights, narratives, and business recommendations.
  • Advanced English, both written and spoken.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience creating dashboards, reports, visualizations, or analytical tools using platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, SAS, SPSS, dbt, or similar tools.
  • Exposure to consulting, banking, retail, marketplaces, technology, SaaS, customer experience, research, consumer analytics, or survey-based analytics is a plus.
  • Familiarity with NPS, CX analytics, market benchmarking, generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI-assisted analytics workflows is also a plus.
  • We do not expect every candidate to have experience in all of these areas. We are especially interested in people who are curious, structured, rigorous with data, and excited about using analytics, automation, and AI to solve real business problems.
